By accessing or using the ReceptX AI platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ReceptX AI provides AI-powered virtual receptionist services, including automated call answering, SMS messaging, appointment scheduling, lead capture, and related business communication tools.

3. SMS & Communications Consent

By signing up for a demo or subscribing to ReceptX AI, you consent to receive automated SMS text messages, phone calls, and emails from ReceptX AI at the phone number and email address you provide. These communications may include:

• Call summaries and transcriptions
• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Lead notifications and alerts
• Account updates and service notifications
• Demo trial information

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and plan. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase or use of the Service.

4. Free Trial

ReceptX AI offers a free 5-day trial. No credit card is required. At the end of the trial period, your account will be paused unless you choose to subscribe to a paid plan. We will not charge you without your explicit consent.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information during registration, use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws, and not misuse the platform for spam, harassment, or any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and technology associated with ReceptX AI are owned by Integrity Advantage Group and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

ReceptX AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
